Not so long ago, this land was barren earth
A wilderness awaiting for time to do its work.
Arising from the dust, a mighty school was born
Today we call it Durack, to the three D’s we are sworn
Determination,
Dignity
Here at Durack,
It’s what we believe.
As students we’re determined to work hard and succeed.
We hold ourselves with dignity to learn well and to lead.
Like kings in grass castles, they’ll put us to the test.
We’re here at Durack; we’ll strive to do our best.
Lyrics and music by Mark Bunnet 1998
