On the final day of school last semester, students from Transition to Grade 6 attended the Darwin Entertainment Centre to watch the theatre performance of the 52 Storey Treehouse. This is the second consecutive year we have been able to watch the Storey Treehouse performances thanks to the support of Buslink, who sponsored four of the seven buses we used to transport our students to and from Darwin City. The students thoroughly enjoyed the show and were keen to read the book again when they got back to school! For some children, it was their first time attending a live theatre performance. Andy Griffiths and Terry Denton have already released the next book in the series, so hopefully we will be able to watch the latest instalment next year!
