School Evacuation 1st February 2017

Parents and Guardians,

Durack Primary School received a bomb threat this morning.

We immediately put in place our emergency management plan as a precaution, including the evacuation of all staff and students.

NT Police attended the school.

Once the school was cleared of any threat, students and staff returned to classes and school programs resumed.

Parents are to be assured that all students are safe and do not need to be collected from school.

If you have any enquiries relating to this matter, you can contact our school on (08) 8997 7555.

Kind regards,

Jo Jefferson
