Reporting to Parents

Key reporting dates

End of Term 1

Teachers prepare a brief report to inform parents how their child is progressing at that point in time and to request a meeting with parents where there are concerns.

End of Semesters 1 and 2

Formal A to E reports are provided.

Week 2 of Term 3

Three-way conferences are held between the student, the parent and the teacher. The focus is to review the Semester 1 student report and to develop goals for improvement for Semester 2.

Electronic Student Profiles

ESP is an online system that enables parents to view information such as enrolment history, attendance and semester reports. You will need to visit the school office to register to use the system.

Arrange an interview

Contact the school to arrange an interview with your child's teacher if you have a concern. If further assistance is required, contact the Assistant Principal or Principal.
