About our uniform policy

The wearing of a school uniform is a compulsory requirement for public schools in the Northern Territory. Wearing a school uniform affirms the individual's sense of belonging to the school and minimises the impact of judgements based on appearance and the different socioeconomic backgrounds of students.

Durack School uniforms have been designed for our tropical lifestyle and are reasonably priced, durable and smart.

The expectation at Durack is that all students are in full school uniform each school day. This includes Durack School black bottoms with logo (shorts, skorts) and the Durack School polo shirt or Durack dress and a Durack hat. Students are expected to wear enclosed shoes.
